Your reminders stay on your Mac.

This is a short page because there isn’t much to disclose.

The app

Remdrift stores your reminders in one file on your Mac, inside your user Library. It has no account and no sync, and it doesn’t collect analytics. The app contains no networking code at all, so nothing it knows can leave your machine.

It asks for one permission: notifications. That’s only for the moment a banner goes unclicked for five minutes and hands the reminder to Notification Center.

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers or analytics scripts. The banners you launch here are drawn in your browser, and the text you type into them goes nowhere.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs, as any web host does.
